Regularmente , nuestra motivaci\u00f3n intr\u00ednseca siempre se ha atribuido a nuestra capacidad de tener una mente positiva, pero \u00bfrealmente depende \u00fanicamente de nuestra mente?.<\/p>\n<p>La mente es la parte abstracta del cerebro , el cual obtiene los nutrientes necesarios de nuestra alimentaci\u00f3n para mantenernos con vida y en acci\u00f3n. En otras palabras , el buen funcionamiento de nuestra mente , depende mucho de la manera en como cuidamos nuestro cerebro. La absorci\u00f3n de antioxidante y vitaminas ayudan a nuestro sistema nervioso a funcionar de manera equilibrada , d\u00e1ndonos la posibilidad de mantener una motivaci\u00f3n constante. Componente como la catequina para la relajaci\u00f3n o peque\u00f1as dosis de ansiol\u00edticos para bajar el nivel de ansiedad son necesario para mantener un balance de nuestras energ\u00edas , lograr un enfoque efectivo en nuestras tareas y llevar una vida feliz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El Genesis de nuestra motivaci\u00f3n surge de nuestra posibilidad para llevar una vida saludable y sostenible<\/strong>. Solo de esta manera es posible construir una motivaci\u00f3n intr\u00ednseca estable. Aunque se requiere de distintas actividades para mantener este balance , la buena alimentaci\u00f3n siempre deber\u00eda ocupar el primer lugar en nuestras prioridades. Entonces \u00bfQu\u00e9 nutrientes necesita nuestro cerebro para mantener la motivaci\u00f3n?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Vitaminas:<\/strong> Las vitaminas m\u00e1s b\u00e1sicas que requerimos son la A,B, B6,B9,B12,C y D. Estos componentes mantiene y fortalecen\u00a0 la memoria , la concentraci\u00f3n, la relajaci\u00f3n mental y evitan enfermedades ligadas al sistema nervioso . Se encuentran mucho en los vegetales , en ciertos granos , frutas y carnes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Grasas:<\/strong>\u00a0 El Omega 3 , Omega 6 , entre otras. Se encuentran en carnes blancas y en granos. Este tipo de grasas saludables , apoyan al rendimiento f\u00edsico y adem\u00e1s mejoran la absorci\u00f3n de vitaminas en el cerebro.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Probi\u00f3ticos<\/strong>: \u00a0La Universidad de California descubri\u00f3 la importancia de tener una flora intestinal saludable para el mantenimiento adecuado de nuestro sistema nervioso.
